salt - maybe not, because the soy sauce is already salty enough, better try first and then add to taste

juice from 1 lemonor a bit more according to your liking

I generally love avocado! It’s so delicious in salads on its own, but can also be a versatile ingredient in savoury or sweet creams like Guacamole or Profiterole!
I usually keep a bowl of avocado spread in the fridge made with lemon and salt, which we usually dip crackers or rusks in. Here, I tried to combine it with marinated mushrooms and the result is a unique, intense flavor that everyone will love. You can eat it as a snack or even make it in smaller portions for a party treat.
Combine it with your favorite wine, and indulge yourselves!

FOR THE MUSHROOMSPut all the ingredients for the mushrooms (except the oil) in a bowl and let them marinade for at least 1 hour. If you can, leave them overnight in the fridge. |

Put the oil in a frying pan and melt it, add the mushrooms and stir fry until most of the liquid evaporates. |

FOR THE AVOCADO SPREADIn the meanwhile, prepare your avocado spread by mixing all ingredients in your food processor. |

Serve by spreading some of the avocado spread on your bread and then some mushrooms. If you like dill, you can add some on top, freshly chopped. |
