120gr melted odourless coconut oil

300gr agave syrupor honey

2/3 tsp vanilla bean powder

4 tsp orange zest
This icing is great over and inside birthday cakes, on a slice of bread instead of jam for breakfast or even a great idea for a summer fruit fondue! This was a request from my son, who wanted a carrot cake with peanut butter icing for his birthday cake! I tried many recipes I found online, but they all had a very intense taste of peanut butter. Since I wanted it a bit subtler, I decided to create my own recipe.
The most important ingredient was added by our daddy, who insisted I should add some orange zest. It made it fruity and more aromatic. Just perfect!

Mix all the ingredients in a bowl using a whisker. |
